Building has always been part of Billey’s life. Growing up with building in the family, he developed a passion for creating quality spaces from an early age.

Billey remains hands-on with every project. From the initial consultation through to completion, Billey works directly with clients, offering practical advice, creative solutions and a meticulous eye for detail to bring each vision to life.

Known for strong client relationships, reliability and craftsmanship, Billey specialises in bespoke outdoor spaces and high quality residential projects that combine functionality with timeless design.

With more than a decade of industry experience and having called Mount Maunganui home for over six years, he has built strong relationships with trusted suppliers, skilled subcontractors and local artisans. These partnerships ensure every project is completed to an exceptional standard using quality materials and experienced trades.
